Found about Apex on an Instagram reel about their actives promos. I was trading with TopStep but I was looking for something else. Decided to give APEX a try and I don’t regret it at all. Rules are simple and they’re meant to keep you a profitable trader over time. Found them less than a month ago, and I already got my second payout approved with them. The only flaw I’ve noticed, and it isn’t a flaw at all, but I believe they can improve is their customer service. They should implement a chat widget on their website or portal where you can speak to a real human agent instead of having to create tickets and wait hours to get an answer by email. They do answer all of their emails but it’s just slow and I think they could do better in that sense. Overall 9/10 firm. Highly highly recommend it!

The company is great, they answer help quick. The support team is nice and seems like they actually want to help. The payout can be a little slow but you still get paid out, so to me as long as I can paid within a week I’m good. They do that well. Overall, great firm.
