I didn’t like how the swift system took exactly a week. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to hit another profit target, after passing the evaluation. Then when you do hit the target number for a payout, it’s not that much. I would recommend Apex look into the same area as Topstep or Lucid.

I had high hopes, 20 accounts, all with max 250k withdraw cap, what could go wrong? It can when they change it to 6 payouts only, then you have to start the eval process all over again. This is absolute horsepoop. They like to market their new accounts with all these features and removal of some restrictions...but you have to dig to realize your account is gone after 6 payouts, no thanks, I'm outties.

8TH trading day and not only was my 186 dollar profit removed but now my 8 day trading rule has been reset. I should be requesting my first payout today but now I have to start all over again. This feels like an evaluation on a funded account. Not a happy camper and will not be continuing on with this prop firm.

I have been with Apex Trader Funding for a very long time and during that time I was always convinced by their promotions and the way the company presented itself. I genuinely believed in the platform and its opportunities for traders. Over time I even reached the point where I was seeing real profits as a trader. At one stage I received an email saying that my trading activity was being reviewed and that I might potentially be moved to a live account, which was a very motivating moment for me. Unfortunately, due to personal emotional difficulties at that time, I ended up losing my accounts. Since then, I have been unable to purchase any new accounts on Apex Trader Funding. What concerns me the most is that I have not received any clear response regarding my situation. I submitted support ticket #1357942 on March 3, 2026, asking for clarification about whether I am permanently restricted from buying new accounts or if there is a way to resolve the situation. Before that, I had already been in contact regarding ticket #1338890 on February 26, 2026, where I initially spoke with Marcelo Concepción Llamosas before the conversation was later taken over by someone named Guy. At this point, I am not even asking for special treatment. I simply want a clear explanation and an answer. If there is a reason why I cannot purchase accounts anymore, I would like to understand it. Transparency and communication are very important, especially for traders who have supported the platform for a long time. I hope someone from Apex Trader Funding can finally respond to my ticket and clarify my situation.
