Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$100K Account: $1,500

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

They “moved me to live” only after my first payout on the account. There is no live program and they are basically just banning me because they knew i was a good trader. I am a trading influencer with 30k+ followers and i didnt get an affiliate code to see if they actually favor affiliates. I was about to request $30k again and they banned me.

Total scam

Total scam! After receiving my first 2 payouts and almost ready for the 3rd, my account with approx $10000 in profit was suddenly suspended. I'm waiting now for almost 3 weeks to get an answer from the helpdesk. Opened 3 tickets and the first 2 got closed without a response. No warning, no reason, no explanation, nothing. This is a total scam people!

Probably the most terrible prop firm. they'll do anything to not pay you, have stupid rules like inactivity once you get funded god forbid you get sick and don't trade for a few days, and it's also the most expensive one.

Unresponsive Support and Delayed Payout - Ticket #1513636

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my payout. I have strictly followed all trading rules, and my status remains "Eligible," yet I have received no updates or processing confirmation. I have already submitted a support ticket (#1513636) , but the help center has been completely silent. For a prop firm of this size, the delay and lack of response are unacceptable. I am a compliant trader and expect a professional resolution to this matter immediately. Please check my ticket and process the payout.

Do not do it

Do not do it. Extremely fraudulent! I spent over 15K with them and they never paid me a single dollar back after I made trades and they owed me. They just shut down my accounts without warning. Fraudulent ethics. Fraud fraud fraud!!!!
