A futures-focused prop firm. Since 1 March 2026 Apex has run on a new product line: end-of-day drawdown, built-in scaling, a 50% consistency requirement and no payout denials. Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

Getting my 1st payout felt AMAZING!! I may have missed the page where I needed to add my banking account and routing number, but once I did, I didn't realize that emailing as if I had a tech issue was the way to let you know I had input the information. It also would have been nice if there was a place to input banking information for payout, instead of "CHANGING" payout information, and that's just semantics. Excited to be a part of the APEX family!!

First Payout with Apex Trader Funding

Great trading experience with ATF. The account purchase and trading were smooth. No problem with the connections used. The concern I have or maybe because I'm new with the company, is that there is no easy means on the dashboard to know the remaining allowed drawdown for the day. 2., The payout approval and disbursement took a little longer than necessary. In this day and age when 24hr payout is becoming the norm. ATF needs to work on these two points. Other than that, and oh 30% consistency? and 8 days to payout - it doesn't need to be that long. Please consider.
