Been with Apex for 5 years; yes some of the rules have changed and yes I'm not happy with them. I still have 20 $300,000 PA accounts that I have carefully traded and received multiples of payouts. Each time I was denied it was due to a minor error in the system or my trading and was resolved by me trading responsibly over the next 8 days. My regular payouts are now $30,000 every 2 weeks and I so far have been very very happy. I do not recommend Apex any more because of the max 6 payout then repeat rule. Thats messed up.
