Overall fair, but payout process is a bit cumbersome and slow.
When I requested the first payout, they asked for explanations of my strategy and screenshots of the executions on following days, which felt like a big ask considering the payout was a very small amount and had taken me forever to achieve. I understand they are trying to weed out gamblers so if someone makes very large profits in very short time, it's reasonable to be questioned, but in my case, it felt like they were making it difficult. Having said that, once I provided them with the information required, the payout was approved. Also, when I contacted customer service they took about 1 day to respond and were helpful and professional. After approval, the payment took about 5 days, which is not terrible, but definitely could be better. A lot of people complain about the many rules they have and although I agree that some of those rules make it more difficult for traders to withdraw profits, Apex is very upfront and transparent about it. If you buy an account with them, you know what you are getting into, so there's really no reason to complain. Bottom line: I think they have a bit more rules than other firms, but they're also a bit less expensive, they're customer service is good and overall they're fair and transparent.
