They were saying that there would be no activation fee in the beginning, and after passing the evaluation, they wanted me to pay a 120€ activation fee. I feel scammed and frustrated.

Payout process takes too long compared to competitors . Made $6300, requested the max($1500) at 7pm Friday, it was approved and hasn’t moved passed that stage. Now going into 6 business days and apparently still have to wait another 3-7 for bank transfer. 16-18 days(7-11 business days) is crazy

Still waiting for payout that was approved on April 20th. Cannot log into Help system after it was migrated. Their email said password was reset... Look for email with new password. This was never received nor is it in Junk Mail Folder....

I am updating my previous review because absolutely NOTHING has been resolved. My first payout request was made on March 31st—it has been over 40 days of waiting. My dashboard has been marked as 'PAID' for nearly two weeks now, yet I haven't even received the basic onboarding invitation for the Plane system. How can Apex mark a transaction as 'Paid' when they haven't even invited the trader to the payment platform? Every time I contact support, the only answer I get is 'be patient' and 'wait more time.' I have followed every rule and corrected a minor typo immediately weeks ago. This is not a 'processing delay'; this is a total failure in their payout system for Legacy traders. Requests: March 31st and April 8th. Status: Fake 'Paid' status on Dashboard. Reality: No Plane invite, no money, no respect for the trader's time. Ticket # (1473999). Don't be fooled by the 'Instant Payout' ads. If you are a Legacy trader, they will ghost you
