After 3 years of trading exclusively with Apex Trader Funding, during which I spent **over $130,000** on evaluations and resets, I expected at least a basic level of respect or professional communication. Unfortunately, I was dead wrong. Late last year, I finally started finding consistency and scaling my payouts, reaching a total of **$98,000 in withdrawals**. Mathematically, I am still at a net loss and haven't even reached breakeven on the total amount I've invested with them. Despite this, earlier this year, I abruptly found my account restricted, stripping me of the ability to purchase any new evaluations. The reason they gave? So-called "gambling" and "account churning." In reality, like many retail traders, I went through a rough psychological patch with episodes of tilt and revenge trading (a classic *boom and bust* cycle that I've been actively working to fix). There was no malicious intent or "churning" scheme—just human trading mistakes made under pressure. The truly unacceptable part is how they handled the aftermath. I decided to be completely transparent with them: * I opened support tickets. * I honestly explained the situation and the "rule-breaking" period caused by my tilt. * I even sent them my updated trading plan to prove I was actively working on my risk management. * I politely asked if they were still willing to work with me. **Their response? Complete ghosting.** They closed my tickets without giving me a single word in reply. To give the silent treatment to a client who poured $130,000 into your company over 3 years is an absolute disgrace. As long as I was losing and endlessly buying new accounts, I was the perfect customer. But after I started getting consistent payouts and reached out for a human conversation with support, they slammed the door in my face without an explanation. If you are looking for a prop firm that respects your effort, your capital, and treats you like an actual business partner, look elsewhere. Apex's customer support is non-existent when you actually need it.

I got approved for a payout on 5/4 and today is 5/11 and still no payout received. When the person who referred me here got his in 4 days the same week I've become a little down on the experience because everything up to this point has been good, but at the end of the day this is most important part. If this process happens to action in the next 24 hrs I'd happy to adujust this review because truly everything else was fine.

Customer service is extremely bad. I've been trying to submit a ticket for the past week. The worse part is that you can only contact them with the help desk system but I can't access it.
