Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

Scammed by Apex - they claimed hedging - there was none

Account was profitable today... +$1200, so they challenged yesterday's trades and reset the account to the balance it was prior to yesterday, thus negating today's profit. I analyzed all trades. They claimed hedging. There was no time at which any position was opposite any other position even across accounts. This is clearly a strategy to avoid payouts. Considering reclaiming money from credit card, because this is a scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. IT IS A SCAM

This company is a joke to its customers. After I bought an account (APEX-520783-01) it took me 2 days to be able to trade because I had to install 2 very heavy applications that needed additional settings (with customer service) to work. After I managed to connect I had to learn how their applications work because they are completely different from the known trading applications. I made all these efforts. On the first day I ended with a small minus of 230 and on the second day I was about 2000 plus and they suddenly closed the transaction without touching TP or SL. They only added 500 plus to my account and I could not trade anything anymore: ''Error: APEX-520783-01,order can be placed by administrators only. affected Order: sell 1 Market ''This means the account is blocked. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. IT IS A SCAM . I LOST MONEY AND TIME

Nothing good to say

1. I bought a $150K account, but it doesn't even open, and I can't find any assets to buy after logging in. 2. They also don’t offer metals, even though it is clearly stated on the front page. 3. I contacted support about these issues but received no reply. The only response I got was a survey asking for my thoughts on their customer service—sent before I had even received any actual help.

Don't use them!!!!

Terrible customer service!! Lock my account from a payout. Then they come back 2 weeks after I put in a ticket and take 10 accounts from me. Saying I broke their rules. I didn't break a single rule of theirs. I was manually trading these accounts and had 4 accounts ready for a payout! Worst Prop Firm ever to deal with! I highly recommend going elsewhere!!! I have 9 other passed Evals that I'm not going to even bother to pay for a PA. Not worth wasting anymore money with this company!
