Apex Trader Funding

The payout approvals and the payout itself on the Legacy accounts takes to long. 20 business days from payout request to the money hitting my bank. Other prop firms can do it in 2 days sometimes hrs. Definitely needs improvement.

With respect to customer service, they did at least answer my inquiry. I do not have an account with this company. But I was concerned about an attempt made in my bank account. I really don't know much about this company, but I would advise anyone who intends to do business with them to not interface with a third party. Another large mega corporation used my credentials to connect with Apex Trader Funding, which makes my accusations, which were numerous and curt, null and void. They appear to be victimized just like I am being victimized through someone neither of us can identify.

What I like about APEX, I like the possibility of scaling to 20 accounts, who doesn’t? Overall, since switch to EOD drawdown I am having a better experience. The only 2 things I would add. Ability to manually lock accounts and trailing stop losses. Overall the prop firm space is heating up but apex is currently my main. I have knot received 1 payout n my prop trading life and it came from apex so I’m a little bias.

Support was friendly and responded in a reasonable time, but the reply felt quite generic and didn’t fully address my specific issue. I was advised to wait another 2 days before following up, even though my payout had already been approved for about a week and was still not scheduled with the payment provider. Overall okay, but more transparency and case-specific support would be appreciated.

Good company, they run good sales. Payouts slow. Still havent recieved one been 2 weeks.
