The payouts were too long. The whole “data issue” with Tradovate to TradingView is what I would call “ridiculous”. The whole issue caused me to trade on a system I wasn’t familiar with resulting in one account being blown. Overall I have not had a very pleasant experience with Apex.

You never know where you stand! You have to wait until the next day to find out whether your trading day was a success or not, and there’s no feedback when the site isn’t working. RG

They seem to be focused on driving traders away. I dont know why they keep changing their rules, making it harder and harder to trade and be successful. They preach responsibly trading but now put a time limit on how soon you should be successful. Also they neuter you once you get a PA account. I showed you I can trade and the reward I get is having my contracts cut by 65% ? Your 50k account goes from 6minis down to 2 ? Then after you make money you get to level up.... but not to 6minis again, you get 3. This company was so awesome not to long ago. Now its not worth the hassle. Go to Lucid, go to tradify, go to Blusky. Any other competitor would be less of a headache. It's almost feels as if apex doesn't want your business.

Their payout process is not the best though and is the reason for my low rating. As someone who trades with prop firms to leverage higher levels of capital to make money, one of the most important part about choosing a prop is based on their payout process. Apex is extremely slow. The website says payouts will be approved within 1-2 business days which isn’t bad at all. It’s right up there with some of the best payout policies. The reality though is that I personally am on my 4th business day of waiting for approval. I opened a ticket early yesterday on day three which has gone without a response in the last 24 hours and I feel like I have no idea where everything is at in the process of getting approved and there’s nobody to talk to to get answers to my questions. I am on a legacy account which might be why things are slower? Props to apex for the improvements they made but also as someone who bought into the legacy model I feel like I should still be treated like everybody else is right now. I’m posting this here to hopefully prompt a quicker response.
