Customer support has been improving . What I do believe Apex needs to improve are issues related with the Rithmic platform. I lost 6 accounts on Dec 12th because the levels were completed out of sync with the real levels .

I want to know what rules I violated before request payout. and 30% consistency rule after first payout its hard to calculate by myself. I think you must develope your dashbaord to use easier. Thanks

I have been trading Apex for a long time, I have spent a lot of money with them, as all beginner traders, I was very inconsistent and blew hundreds of accounts, that is not on them, that is on me of course. I got to the point where I got some payouts from them but still was not profitable and gave it all back, I took some time from Apex and traded other firms because of the intraday drawdown which is what gets most of traders, once I found some consistency I returned to Apex, now I trade much better but still got issues to work on like most of us, we are human. But what gets me is that when I was blowing accounts, I never got an email from Apex wanting to review my trades or explain my system, which I understand because all props make money from us failing, now after my first payout, I got an email from Apex wanting me to record 3 trading days and explain my trading system in detail and no future payouts will be awarded until I do so, it's ok, I will provide what's required, but the missing star is because of that precisely. If you make millions from traders that are learning, don't go trying to stop a winning streak once someone is doing a bit better. I just wanted to point that out because we can all learn and improve, including Apex. I am greatful and thankful because although it is tough to get the 20 payouts, it is possible and it is a great opportunity, so thank you Apex, and happy holidays to all!
