I have 7 payouts that have been approved and submitted at the end of February and the 1st of March. 3 accounts were approved for payouts Mar.2, and 4 accounts were approved Mar.5th. On your site it says 2-4 business days on your end, then a week for my bank possibly. I received no email about the fees being sent over whatsoever. It took me seconds to send you money to fund my accounts, but it has taken nearly 3 weeks from you and I still have nothing.. It's currently Mar.17th and I haven't received a dime. on my last correspondence I was told last week everything was in order, yet I still have nothing to show for all my trading, and no dates from you on when I should expect anything. Very unprofessional.

I am a consistent trader with 10 PA accounts. My payout is currently blocked because of a 'ghost profit' correction from the Feb 19th technical outage. Support already confirmed this error in ticket #1334244 and told me to reach out for a manual review. I have been waiting for over 6 days for a response to my follow-up ticket (#1383454). I have met all consistency rules and trading requirements. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored by support when the error is 100% on Apex's side. I need a manager to look at my account and enable the payout button immediately. Please resolve this.

Absolute scam artists, banned my entire account as I was about to request a $2000 payout and didn't even bother to give me a reason to why I was banned. Will not be using again

I was robbed! With the new rules!! I bought some accounts with Apex. I approved one account and it became a PA01. After reaching the winning goal, without hedging or breaking any rules, I went to request my first payment. When I tried to do the KYC, the system said there was an error and I couldn't do it again. I immediately created a ticket asking for help. Today, March 16th, I worked on the account during the day and earned more money. At the close of trading, I received a response that my account was being closed. When you manage to reach the withdrawal amount, they close the account without any reason, without any infraction. I can only say that they cannot give details. I want my money back. With so many proprietary trading desks acting correctly, I don't know why we fall into the temptation of trying new desks. The cheap option ends up being expensive. To make matters worse, after canceling my account and not paying me, I received an email stating that I had reached the loss limit or was positioned in the market after the cut-off time – another lie from APEX. I completed my trades at the beginning of the day and canceled all orders. They canceled my account to avoid paying me, without any explanation!!! RETURN MY MONEY!!
