Careful with this firm! On the front page of their website they state that there is no consistency rule for evaluation account but don't say anything about Performance account. If you dig deeper you'll find that the consistency rule for the Performance account is quiet tricky. I list them below so READD THEM first carefully before making a purchase! Oh, forgot to mention the account price: on a front page its $19.70 one time pay (with some "coupon code" that you never get) for a 50K account but when you get to the actual purchase, the price magically become $becomes $131.33 one-time fee for 30 days only! Then, if you have not passed, you'll be charged again. So read carefully the consistency rule for the Performance account: Here are the specific consistency requirements for Apex PA accounts as of 2026: 30% Profit Rule: No single day's profit can exceed 30% of total accumulated profit for payout approval. If violated, you cannot request a payout until further consistent trading lowers the percentage. Contract Scaling: Traders must use only half their max contract size until the account hits the "Safety Net" (EOD balance exceeds the trailing threshold). Risk and Trading Rules: A 5:1 risk-reward ratio is suggested, and open losses should not exceed 30% of current profit. No hedging is permitted. System Compliance: Traders must use a consistent, documented strategy. Apex may review trading behavior, with rules applying until the sixth payout. 2026 Updates: Accounts purchased after March 1, 2026, may follow updated rules regarding trailing drawdowns.

None of these companies are legitimate prop firms. They have said it themselves, they are evaluation companies. I learned that Apex can not exist without conditioning traders to be risky. In order for Apex to make any money, you and I have to blow accounts. We are conditioned through their system to go balls to flow on the eval, then get your act to-gether on the PA. No, a legitimate prop would want your evaluation to be in line with your REAL LIVE trading. In real trading, you are incentivized for great performance. On Apex and all of these companies, the model is for you to over-trade to meet certain metrics that don't exist in the real market or brokerages. We are trading the real market, but they strain reatil. Apex then uses excuses always to justify even tighter changes with: it was this group of traders fault. They allowed the huge payouts for good time because it was good marketing. We have some blame in this. We should have never fallen for giving hard-earned money for a sim-demo account. That is the scheme right there. We could just paper trade and save up and fund our own accounts. Apex fails on many levels because of their predatory and deceptive business practices. Apex could have had a model with real training to get more retail traders to live. They blame the traders for being risky. However, they will not last without allowing it.

Usually I was happy with Apex. They have paid me a lot of payouts. But at the end they have stopped me from buying accounts and now I cannot trade with them. So my opinion is that they don’t want you to get money. At the moment you become a lot profitable they just shut you down.
