You need to buy an eval account, prove you can trade, then get a PA account, again buffer alot of money, and then you can make a payout (only 6 times), then the account is closed by auto and you start over again... Useless shit prop firm, do not want long-term customers. Do not recommend APEX...

Very disappointed. I bought a bunch of evals at a cheap price. They charged my cc a lot of money for renewal. The worst thing was that the support reps and his manager are completely unsympathetic to real people. The just want to capture your money.

I am writing this to warn other traders about how Apex handles technical issues during volatility. I had a PA account with 4 MNQ contracts short at 24000, with a 40-tick stop loss at 24010. During a news-driven price spike, the exchange "rejected" my protective stop orders due to price banding. Instead of acknowledging that the trader’s risk management was in place but failed due to technical exchange limitations, Apex support (Ticket #1413455) simply stated it is a "known risk" and refused any form of compensation. They confirmed that the stop loss was rejected, yet they expect the trader to bear the full cost of a liquidation that should have been a minor 40-tick loss. Even worse, I had a "stuck order" that remained open and was impossible to close manually in the platform for a significant amount of time. If you trade with Apex, be aware: your stop losses might not exist when you need them most, and Apex will not stand behind you when their systems or the exchange fail to execute your risk plan. A simple gesture like an evaluation reset was too much to ask for a loyal trader.
