Apex Trader Funding

Funding process is simple, follow the rules and you will receive an account and then get paid. Reason for the mid-star review is the payout request timeline. I’ve requested 3 payouts since receiving funding for my account in August. 2 payouts have been approved after a week from the date of submitting for a payout. Waiting for a 3rd payout which is following the same timeline as the last 2. A week of waiting…There are claims of “fast payouts”, “same day approvals”, “quickest payout delivery in the industry”. Take those claims lightly as from my experience, it’s not a coincidence that my payouts take longer. It’s 3 consecutive payouts that took a minimum of one week to actually get it approved. Already considering other firms as much more people experienced an actual fast payout approval rate. I’m beginning to think that this is on purpose in hopes of the owner of the account blows it so they are not paid out. That can definitely happen in one week, exactly the same amount of time I have been waiting for approval.

Will confine this review from the point where the company was managing the major issues, they had to deal with on the Rithmic outage situation up to today. First, I need to commend Apex for fixing the Rithmic issue with a solid resolution that made the platform once again very stable. Recently, over the last 3 or 4 months, I have been getting emails from Rithmic advising me that my userid had expired and as such I had no data flowing to my charts. They advised me in the same email that the resolution had to come from Apex itself and not Rithmic. Typically, I would receive this email at the beginning of the month. When I contacted Apex, they fixed it right away. Maybe a few hours lost. Lately however, my userid is expiring around the first of the month and it has taken considerably longer to have it fixed. This occurred twice this week, which is unusual, as it usually has only one occurrence per month. The first occurrence this week, I submitted a ticket to Apex around 7:30am CST which is about an hour before the NY open. The issue was resolved later that night. So, a whole day of trading was lost. Not a big deal. However,1 day of trading after that incident, I once again had to submit a ticket yesterday as my userid expired again. Both times this month this issue happened with no email from Rithmic like in the prior months. Again, a resolution did not occur until again late that night. Another trading day lost. So for the month of October, I was able to trade only 2 of the 4 days that were available to me. Hopefully, Apex can resolve this so I no longer have to submit tickets for this same issue.

I have never since a platform that's more inconsistent, All flash, no substance. They can't even process a single pay, this isn't what I want. No fake flex, the bread comes in daily, I join the wining team,Equıty pathway,IIc,pays quick, ain't looking back, pocket full, game locked.

The time to answer a ticket refered to a problem with a payout request can be over 24h when the payout window is small and your next payout window depends on trade 10 more days, every daytrade counts ...

I just started to trading with fund company and specialy apex are my first choice cause my friend recommended me alot about this company. But after I trades for 10 days and made $2600, I try to request $2000 but they put me in probation without give me a details reason although I did follow all the trading rules they made.
