DO NOT GO WITH APEX !! I’m warning you guys! I was warned but since they had their discounts going I bought one passed that account and legit had 25 Green Days in 28 days a they denied my payout. And reason being “Account Investigation” I’ve emailed them many many times and no response but in other occasions they replied within the hour when I had other questions. You guys are grown people but when they deny your payout or find an excuse not to pay than don’t complain. Think why they have done legit non stop discounts since this new update rolled out. They are struggling bad, so like I said and warned you guys DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME,EMOTION on this scam of a prop firm. So many other prop firms that actually pay or just use a live account

When Apex 3.0 launched, my account restriction (no more evaluations) was lifted. I was able to purchase new accounts. I recommended my partner to also try Apex. 2 weeks later, I received an email regarding account closure due to a new account was created in an attempt to bypass restrictions previously placed on your existing account within the same household. To be fair, if i was able to purchase new accounts, that means the restriction was lifted. Apex failed to communicate when the restriction was put back on. Additionally apex never tell me why I was being put on restriction of no additional evaluations. Keep in mind, I only gotten 1 SINGLE PAYOUT during the lifespan of the account and that restriction was put in place. Long story short, Apex failure to communicate with their customer is a big red flag

I honestly regret ever dealing with Apex Trader Funding. Over the course of two years, I went through countless evaluations and spent around $75,000 trying to make this work. When I was losing, everything was fine. But the moment I finally became consistently profitable and started making back what I had invested, things suddenly changed. They began denying my payouts for no clear reason, dragging things out until I eventually failed my live account. It felt like the system was designed to let you lose—but not to let you win. And it gets worse. One of my payouts—around $23,000—was somehow sent to someone else’s bank account in Oklahoma. I had to involve the sheriff’s department and open a full investigation just to get my own money back. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. On top of that, I have over 10 emails where I reached out to support explaining issues I was having—including not being able to purchase evaluations—and they completely ignored me. No real help, no accountability, nothing. After all of that, instead of making things right, they banned me from taking any more evaluations and completely cut me off. Trust me—save your money. And if anyone thinks this is exaggerated, I have proof of everything that happened.

Payout process is a nightmare. They failed to process my payout TWICE, and I've been waiting 18 days for support to even acknowledge the issue. One of my tickets was simply closed without resolution, and the other one is just sitting there collecting dust. No response, no explanation, no accountability. UPDATE: As if the payout issues weren't enough yesterday my account was suddenly closed out of nowhere. I wasn't trading, I wasn't in violation of any rules, nothing changed. The only thing that happened? I left this review. Coincidence? I seriously doubt it. Still zero communication from support. No email, no ticket update, no reason given just a closed account. No warning, no explanation, nothing. They simply shut it down and went silent. So let me get this straight: you can't process my payouts, you ignore my support tickets for weeks, and when I speak up about it publicly, you retaliate by closing my account? That's not how a legitimate business operates. If you pass the evaluation and expect to actually get paid think again. The real challenge at Apex isn't the trading rules, it's getting your money out. And if you dare to complain about it, apparently they'll just cut you off entirely. I would not recommend this to anyone who values their time, money, or sanity.
