Apex is a scam! You have to hit 5k on their 50k account before you can actually get funded. You have to hit 3k in the eval stage and then hit another 2k in the funded stage to build a "buffer" that you can NEVER withdraw. This is basically a 2 step challenge before you actually get funded. They market their new accounts as "one time payment" which is very misleading and false marketing Also they haven't mentioned how much is their pa activation fee in the entire website.

My payout request has been under review for more than 10 days with no clear update from support. First payout got denied without giving me any reason. I have followed all the rules and reached out multiple times but have not received a response. Can someone from Apex Trader Funding please look into this and provide an update?

I started with them in early 2026, trading SI and NQ strictly based on Price Action/SMC—no signals, no bots, no alerts. Their payout process is a nightmare designed to make you fail. Unlike other firms, they demand immediate ID verification on the first request and take over two weeks to move from 'pending' to 'approved.' They use nonsensical, hidden rules to mark requests as 'failed,' hoping you’ll blow the account before the money hits your bank. The most fraudulent part? I have a Legacy Account, meaning I was eligible for a 100% full payout on my 6th request. Conveniently, right before I could request my full balance, they hit me with a 'Video Audit.' They demanded I record my entire execution: entry, strategy explanation, and exit. I fully complied. I provided 7 full days of recorded sessions (they kept asking for 'one more day' repeatedly). My videos showed my full monitor, mouse, and keyboard, with me explaining my SMC logic in real-time. Despite this undeniable proof of manual trading, they summarily banned my account, claiming my videos 'failed' without providing a single technical reason. They accused me of 'not being the individual trading,' which is a flat-out lie and a convenient excuse to steal my profits. This is a US-based firm acting like a scam.
