Constant problems. Found charges but no credit until I submitted a request at help desk. Connection problems on good trading days and not getting credit for the profit. Impossible to get a human on the phone or a callback. Difficult to find a phone number and not very easy to submit a request. In short, terrible customer support. Definitely a one way street.

WELL there accounts are hard to get started I was with take profit and one login was used for tradovate and ninjatrader together. So I bought an account with ninjatrader and I still cannot get logged into it. I have asked for help and no one seems to help me. I am going to lose my money on that account because I cannot get it too link up. I am not challenged with computers. So with that being said I did open another account with these guys using tradovate and there instructions are not very clear so I lost even more money because they dont make things clear. I am not happy with these guys. And you submit your question and it takes a long time to get an answer from them.

After many tries I finally succeeded and got my first payout. Once I requested the payout it was approved within the first 24 hours and the payment was sent a day after. It was really quick. I'd like to thank Apex trading for this opportunity and for being the best in their business. After trying many other competitors, I have a feeling I will finally be able to be a great trader edit : so a day after iv'e been paid once, i requested another payout cause i was eligble. right away my account was set on probhation mode with no explaination whatsoever. i record my trades and i have all the proof and journals in which i know for sure i didn't break any of the rules mentioned in their contracts. when i opened a ticket on the 1st of october (on the day of the eligable payout), still haven't recieved a reply on it yet as of why i was set on probhation period, with no proof, just a general email they sent to everyone on the 8th, saying "do not worry all good, you will be able to request on the 15th if you follow the rules). something starting to feel fishy and the amount of people who were denied the payout is big according to X and discord servers, including the fact they started block profitable traders from buying more evals. i might start looking back to the competition as Apex being suddenly irrational. would love to hear a feedback from the Apex team about this.

I'm so upset with this company. Their resets having been taking over 2 hours for me the last few weeks. Others are immediate. I have drawn the line and will not be using this company anymore. They have the worst customer service.
