Started off a bit rocky with my first payout . i had to wait 45 days for it(Long story short my email address got hacked so the plane invite to receive the payout had to all be changed).. but this 45 day delay wasn't entirely due to apex so i will base my review off my 2nd payout which i received within 12 hours :) and have never had any issues . Customer service is sometimes very fast, replies within a few hours .. other times i have waited up to 7 days for a reply. Wish they had a discord channel where you could just ask simple questions and get answers and then leave the more serious questions to their ticket messaging service. But overall my experience has been one of the best with Apex.

There is a reason apex is the most trusted firm out there. They've done exactly what they said they would. New rules are awesome with almost instant approvals. Only thing I wish they would add and prob will is instant account updates, instant eval pass after update , tradesea platform addition, and a little faster payout process and maybe a no consistency funded account, but still great company and worth the 5 star. They still offer 20 funded accounts so thats still best in industry so hard to say anything bad about them since they make up in other areas.
