I am sharing my experience with Apex Trader Funding regarding a $22,000 payout that has not been paid. The payout has been under review for over 3 weeks with no clear resolution. During this time, I opened three separate support tickets, none of which have received any response. The only explanation provided so far was an “account investigation,” without any detailed or substantiated justification. Shortly after, my accounts were closed, again without a clear explanation of the alleged violation or how it justifies both denying the payout and terminating the accounts. I fully complied with all verification requests, including submitting the required video. At this stage, I am not making accusations, but I have serious concerns regarding the transparency and fairness of this process, especially given the lack of communication and the unusually long delay. I have now sent a formal notice requesting: * A clear explanation of the alleged violation * Payment of the $22,000 if no material breach is demonstrated * Reinstatement of my accounts if no justified reason for closure is provided I hope this situation can be resolved professionally and promptly.
