Trading Rules

News trading is permitted as part of a normal strategy. Chasing news spikes or placing orders on both sides of the market around a release is not allowed.

All positions must be closed before 4:59 PM ET every trading day. Overnight and weekend holding is not permitted. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging is not permitted: no simultaneous long and short positions on the same or correlated instruments, including across accounts.

Copying trades from other traders is not permitted.

Automated trading, algorithms and HFT are not permitted. Manual trading only.

Every trade needs risk management; using the drawdown threshold as a stop loss is not allowed.

Type: EOD Trailing. The threshold is calculated once a day from the closing balance (4:59 PM ET) and enforced in real time during the next session.

On Rithmic and WealthCharts the drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the balance with the profit target (e.g. $53,000 for 50K); on Tradovate it keeps trailing.

$150K Account: $2,000

Hitting the limit closes your positions and pauses trading until the next session. The evaluation is not failed.

Maximum Contracts

$25K Account: 4 minis / 40 micros

$50K Account: 6 minis / 60 micros

$100K Account: 8 minis / 80 micros

$150K Account: 12 minis / 120 micros

Fixed for the whole evaluation, no scaling. 10 micros = 1 mini; orders above the limit are rejected without a breach.

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: None.

Minimum Trading Days: None, you can pass in 1 day.

Time Limit: 30 calendar days from purchase, no extensions.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription. No resets — after a failed evaluation you buy a new one.

Funded account activation fee, due within 7 days of passing: one-time, the current amount is shown next to the account in the table (Apex changes it during promotions); "No Activation Fee" accounts pay nothing.

Very slow with PayOut , very Fast to take Your Money

This is Legit and Paying, However, Taking so long before they decide if Your payOut will be “approved or denied” and once approved, also needs to wait another 5 days to hit your bank.. Imagine this: you have to Trade 8 days before You can request a pay out, Then You have to wait for another few days to get the decision, then another 5 days to hit ur bank. Total of days: almost a month.

Bad timing withCustomer Service/terrible trading rules

Customer service typically takes several days to respond, even to urgent or important inquiries. Additionally, the trading rules seem structured in a way that sets traders up to fail, pushing them to repeatedly purchase evaluation accounts. When a trader transitions to a performance account, one would assume they are now conducting business under that account. However, with Apex, it feels as though the process forces the trader to essentially start over—spending more money on evaluations before even reaching the performance account stage.

Website help can sometimes be a pain and there's a delay in assistance. Also, I got approved for a payout last week and haven't seen it in my account yet, good prop firm just slow process
