My experience with Apex Trader Funding has been very good so far. The service works well, the accounts are accessible, and the rules are clear. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I needed assistance. The only thing I would improve is the payout speed for traders — it would be great if withdrawals were processed a bit faster to make the overall experience even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied

Too many restrictions on trader assets and payout process is too long.

I like the prices and I like the platform. I don’t like the Ltd payouts and I don’t like the lack of transparency in terms of understanding where your drawdowns are. It’s complicated to track. For these reasons, I’ll be mixing other prep firm platforms in with my structure strategy. I did like the old Apex better.

Apex has really improved a lot. A lot more fair on how to achieve payouts. The only problem is it takes so long to get your payout. Other prop firms can take 1-3 days and at least one now has instant payouts but Apex is still stuck with 5-11 days (I'm on day 8 and still waiting). They say even if your account says payout was paid but you haven't received it to wait another 7 days!! Blaming it on the bank. I'm in the U.S., there should be no excuse not to get your payout in max 3-4 days. If I deposit a third party check it only takes 2 days at most to clear.
