Terrible payout system with low payout caps. not everyone can buy 20 accounts. Even when 90% off it is much more expensive all in than most other prop firms. I passed an eval in one day then realized how bad the payout system was along with the expensive activation fee and I'm not sure I want to activate the account or ever do business with apex again.

①Apex is my first Prop Firm ever, about which I even wrote a very positive review 2-3 years ago. ②This time I would like to give a single star for my purchase. ③In detail, I have been trying to purchase (as they kept sending me invitation to buy) new eval but was blocked every single time, without success.

My account number APEX-40140. Been with apex more than 3 years spend thousands of dollars. just because i requested a decent payout they banned me from buying any more accounts. No communication. More than 5k in payouts approved this month but not paid yet.

Apex failed to meet their own payout timeline — twice. Their policy: review in 2 business days, send funds in 3-4 days after approval, total 5-11 days. My reality: - Review took 5 business days (3 days over their promise) - Approved May 7. Today is May 15 — 6 business days since approval, funds still NOT sent (2+ days over) - Total 10 business days in, still no payment dispatched - Customer support? "I don’t know when the status changes. Please be patient." They advertise a clear timeline, then breach it at every stage, and their support team has zero visibility into actual payout status. If you’re an international trader counting on your payout, be warned: the timeline they promise is not the timeline you’ll get.

Apex trader currently has an affiliation with a prominent member on X formally Twitter, who encouraged his countless followers to berate and harassed me and my family since then my family has received death, threats. I am forwarding the screenshots to Texas department of commerce and Texas attorney general..no legitimate business would do business with that I would be cautious of any business who thinks this is OK.
