Update, still no response
I am still waiting for a clear response regarding my case. No evidence, specific trades, or proper explanation has been provided to justify the account closure and payout forfeiture.
A futures-focused prop firm with a 100% profit split and account sizes from $25,000 to $150,000, with combined funding up to $6,000,000. Since March 2026, Apex moved to a one-time payment model with a lifetime activation fee paid only after passing. Both EOD and intraday trailing drawdown options are available across platforms including NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, and WealthCharts.

PAY ATTENTION! After using apex for over a year, I have been falsely accused of "filing disputes". The first they claimed was September 2025, the second they claim was April 2026. I didn't file any disputes and called my bank SEVERAL TIMES just incase to see if something happened. My bank confirmed no disputes were filed. So Apex has essentially threatened to banned me for not taking responsibility for somethihng i am not guilty of and stated if I don't pay a "pay to play" fee for over $150 I will be permanently banned and lose my accounts & restricted from all payouts. If I did file disputes which is what they are accusing me of, I would pay, but I won't pay because I did not & I have evidence along with my bank backing me with the FACT that they have no record of disputes filed Furthermore me bowing to their false accusations out of fear is foolish because they could use this excuse or some other fabricated reason in the future to deny me bigger payouts. Also if they claim a dispute happened September 2025, and still collected several payments since then for more accounts, why is this accusation now happening 8 month? This is faulty business being practiced and extortion/ransom like behaviour. I recommend anyone reading this to stop using Apex and falling for the 20 account dream, and use a much more reputable, reliable prop firm that shows respect and fairness to it's users. I've also had to wait over 24hours for every response when I gladly explained I will send all evidence from my bank that I never filed any dispute against them. Instead of Apex contacting my banks to see NO DISPUTES WERE FILED, their solution is to threaten me with a ransom payment and ignore all actual evidence. They are not seeking a honest resolution, but instead using a fear tactic to get me to comply with a request that is unjust. They froze my accounts currently, and i will take all measures to ensure they will have to pay back all I've spent on their platform for wrongfully banning me, or face legal consequences. I am glad for getting the chance to warn others about this company on trustpilots platform.

Apex experience was very poor. Stay away. Payout are rules are substandard. Topstep is 10x better

I had a funded account that was active, had met the requirements, and had already received an approved payout. After requesting another payout, it remained “Under Review” for weeks. Shortly after, my account was suddenly closed and the pending payout was forfeited. The explanation provided was vague, referring to “violations” and “non-compliant behavior,” but without specific trades, dates, or clear evidence. Additionally, my account had previous MAE violations, which were part of the system and allowed me to continue trading. However, the recovery process described in Apex’s own policies (including notifications and recovery periods) was not applied before closing the account. This raises serious concerns about consistency, transparency, and how rules are enforced, especially when funds are involved. I attempted to resolve this directly with support but did not receive a detailed or transparent explanation.
