Apex Trader Funding

I have withdrawn a few times now with Apex over the last couple years. A few they took forever on paying. This recent time request $4300 over 5 different accounts. All of a sudden to get MY money, they want a video showing me trading and explaining why. I use algorithms and have stopped using those for the time being and no longer trading. They won't release any money without these videos. They keep throwing g hoops at people when they request a payout. I qualified all these accounts over a 1-2 month time frame. I already proved what they are now requesting. Do not use these guys unless you are ready to jump through hoops. Yes they may pay you on some payouts, but be ready the hoops are coming.

Was a good firm until a couple months ago when they started weeding out the profitable traders by using rules outside the norm to make it harder to receive payouts. They wanted us to start recording our trades LIVE and narrating it on how and why we took it. What they don't realize is that some people trade from their phones since they have work and don't have 2 separate recording devices to show them everything. OVERALL they don't want you to win. You can easily tell who's gambling and who's not by looking at their P&L. I definitely was not my winning trades were between $150-$400 and payout request was way under their 30% rule.

Unfortunately, I need to update my review from a previous 5 star...I had a very strange experience with Apex recently. I had several evaluation accounts since May, with no issues, and I was even able to manage a small profit; so the goal was to continue patiently, however long it took - like a responsible trader, who Apex consistently states it is looking for. Last week I received a shocking email that my accounts were terminated because failed to fill out my LLC information properly. Again, I was shocked - no warning, no contact from ATF asking me to clear up any confusion, nothing. I would have fixed it in a second. I looked up the help articles, and all I could find was a section on inputting your LLC name into the first name field, and your full name in the last name field. I had no idea this was even a thing. Additionally, this FAQ section was updated only 2 weeks prior, so maybe a new policy/rule? I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that I messed up, or that this was new policy, but again, zero communication on this. I could not log into my account to see what I did wrong, if I even did. The Discord doesn't exist anymore except to announce promotions, so they weren't even able to communicate this apparent, critical information. It was also funny timing - my accounts had renewed 3 days before. Remember, I signed up 3 months ago, so they have been getting my renewal every month! Why couldn't they terminate me or ask me to clear up 1-2 months ago?? I contacted support and it took several follow ups to hear back from them that they would not refund me or reinstate my accounts. They can easily fix this with me, and I'm still open to having a conversation about it. Maybe I can help them in their process. Pretty unfair if you ask me, but what do you think about a Prop firm behaving this way?

I passed my 2 eval tradivate accounts. I emailed them directly. And clicked the close market and cancell all button to be sure that nothing is left. They replied to my email with congratulations and 2 days after I emailed them where my contracts are and they say that I got filled on an order which made my account go to 278k! And a trailing threshold was hit because it passed the 6500 into 271.4k They are scamming and accusing me that I traded after I passed which they liquidated the account. This is unacceptable and I will file a complaint with every governmental instance in the US and EU for this. They keep neglecting my screenshots that there were no trades left.

I dont recommend apex at all. I had payout, I did not broke any rules, I had consistency I spent more than 1000$ on activation fees and when the payout comes, I received nothing. Only mail, that payout is not approved. Dont trust them. I am done with this prop firm.
