Apex Trader Funding

Was great in the beginning. Now they took my money, then when I passed the evaluation they told me there was fraudulent activity with my ID on another account when I've only had one account. If you had knowledge of me committing fraud(which I did not) why would you take my money and wait till. I passed the account to say anything?! And also not having any communication with such an accusation is unacceptable.

I was excited about the possibility of opening a $50,000 Apex Trading account. Then I saw a video from an independent trader on YouTube: Apex was now requiring, before sending you a payout, that you submit two days of video showing your screen and you doing the trading, with your account number visible, along with a listing of your individual trades, and an explanation of your trading strategies. The trader showed a printout of the requirements on the screen. I thought that this is so ridiculous that it can't be true. I looked on Reddit, and, sure enough, Apex traders were talking about the difficulty of meeting the new requirements in order to get paid. I filled out an inquiry form on the Apex website asking about this. The response: "We reserve the right to request videos to maintain our integrity and reputation." So, it's kind of sort of true. But I shouldn't worry my pretty little head about it: "Please ensure that your trading activities remain consistent and normal and as they do not violate any rule, you will be fine." Based on the Reddit responses, "being fine" means meeting these impossible requirements. I have no idea how to meet them, nor did many of the traders complaining on Reddit. I'm a trader, not a videographer. Videoing my screen and me in the same shot is an impossibility for me, so I guess also is getting a payout. Apex currently has an 80%, first month discount offer on their home page. The trader community is small, so many have probably learned of this new requirement. Because of it, new applicants are probably going to zero, and current traders fleeing; ergo, the "great" offer. Time to look elsewhere.

NO other prop firm questions a traders trades and makes them submit a video of themselves explaining their strategy. I was close to having 5 accounts funded but didnt want to give them more money only to be denied a payout. Oh and notice who are huge fans of Apex? Certain YTers, that was another red flag! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Always denying withdrawal requests. I asked for 10 request of 2750$, they waiting 15 days to give a reply. then request a 2 day videos for immediately after sending the videos, denying the payments. They put me in probation status and said I should withdraw leaving the safety net intact. So instead of asking for 2750$x10, I asked for 1000x10. 2 days after they denied them all again saying I was in probation status. When reading the possible causes it goes insane. Many unclear rules and points they can choose to always deny the payment. For example, because I've blown accounts after just a first payment. Do you think I don't want to make for a second payment? anyway. enough time and money wasted here. there are many other reliable firms.

Account resets take a long time causing me to miss a lot of trades. Seems like they do it on purpose theyll reset a few accounts then take hours for the last one.
