Company is superrr sketchy. They will change rules randomly and then not honor payout requests. Don't let their cheap sign up prices fool you. Their rules are designed so that you will create bad habits and punishes you for a having too good of a day even if you are trading low amount of contracts. Do not use them. Put in a a request and they made up a rule so I didn't get paid.

I had a previous review of 5 star , by now 0 star, my accounts (funded) were up by $1700 (10x1700) so I come back to my computer and I even got it on video, my accounts were trading and it hit the trailing drawdown , they just said (hamza) I did so well in 2 days I was exceptionally good , but I hit the trailing drawdown , my issue was I didn't trade and I belive it was manipulation and I noticed 2nd round of getting funded , my stop loss on ninja didn't work and I couldn't close the traded it would not close and a massage pops up saying can't close trades.so I lost my second round so I did it 3rd round funded again stop losses didn't work and said gost orders and gost trades running . So I'm done with apex and best of luck to who ever wants to try it . It's designed for failure of traders .it's like paying to play and once you lose game over pay again.

They provide terrible trading platforms to group trade the 20 accounts. They do not accommodate for platform mistakes and when noted I will be heading back to Topstep there was no remorse for losing a client.

Despite this, my payout was denied, with the reason cited as “improper risk management.” When I contacted their helpdesk for clarification, they had no idea why the payout was denied and simply told me that it was decision of their compliance team. The compliance team, never provided any proof or explanation to back up the claim. It’s clear that they are just looking for reasons to deny payouts. Additionally, the platform frequently changes its rules, often keeping them vague and then releasing multiple videos to “clarify” the changes. This lack of transparency makes it hard to trust the process.
