Don't know how this company has 4 star reviews. Traded with them for months. Had accounts up to 27k total. When requested they denied my payout and put me on probation lol. Ok I kept trading because it was not the frist time getting denied. Traded another month. Requested just to be denied again. Probation was supposed to be reviewed in 30 days. Well it's well over a week passed that. Sent in ticket to support just to get ran around. Long story short I threw out my accounts and had to walk away from 27k and months of time wasted. These people should be ashamed of thereself. No words to say how frustrating this is and how much that money would of help. Lost of words😞😢😥

My opinion on APEX is quite simple: if you're a U.S. resident, everything is likely to go well. If you're elsewhere in the world, you're just an adjustable variable that can be banned whenever they want. To explain in more detail, my account has been blocked for a trade I never made, I no longer have access to anything, and the only response from support is, 'Wait for the compliance team.' Many people have been waiting for the compliance team for months, and we're even wondering if it exists. To me, APEX is not a serious prop firm; they completely limit communication and responses.

A once used to be great company, not even worth it no more. payout denials, banning for asking a refund, rule change every other month. Stick to topstep.

The new safety net rule essentially makes the PA account into another evaluation account. It is not trader friendly at all. As a customer of Apex from the beginning, I will not be doing business with them anymore.

Pick other company pls. Apex closed my account and only allow me withdraw 3k while I had 20k balance. They said my address is not matching credit card, so why do they allow me to buy so many account without notice.
