Absolutely furious with apex and their support for not responding my ticket ti fix my problem

While Apex trading may not be a scam, their customer service is just the worst, and they do not fix mistakes made to your account. I was up $700 on my $50K evaluation account after 1 day and the next day my account was back at 50K. I sent in a request for help and after 2 more requests and 6 hours later I get an automated response blaming it on Rithmic and telling me how they go "above and beyond" for traders, but could not help me and so I had to start all over. I made a few bad trades and was $250 away from my trailing drawdown and they cancelled my account even before I reached the drawdown limit. the Helpdesk sent me the same exact message as before which didn't even relate to my new issue. Now they won't respond at all. Find another Prop Firm.
