I requested payout on my 8PA accounts
I requested payout on my 8PA accounts, they denied request 3 times. I made over 50K overall, didn’t get even penny. Every time new reason and excuses. Do not recommend it.

This is a honest review of Apex Trader Funding. I have done a few challenges with them. Even had funded accounts. Just wanted to tell everyone out there. This is not a Good Firm to put your money and time in to. They have way too many rules that you have to follow, even on top of that they may deny your payout. They can even ask you to make video's and show yourself in the video and they want to learn your strategy (when you are making profit). Do you have any other company that does that? The answer is NO. There whole idea of adding way too many rules is only so they can deny more and more payouts. They attract customers with a low price. Low price means absolutely nothing if you value your time. The whole objective of trading is to be able to make money. There are lots and lots of videos online where you can clearly see they deny payouts. Apex still believes that they are the only Futures prop firm out there. Trust me there are a LOT of companies who will actually pay. I still have funded accounts with them but I stopped trading because what is the purpose of trading and putting a lot of effort only to find out you got denied for "Improper Risk Management" .... so In short.... If you love your Money and Value your time. Stay Away. Thank you.

Apex Trader Funding is just a SCAM at this point. they doing just enough to act like a legit company and denied 1000's of payout in the process. Ridiculous Rules. Don't let me start with the none sense APEX 3.0, Everything they say you can do now be careful they will denied you by doing so.. DCA, FLIPPLIG Apex claims that you can do it but if you do they slap you with "Improper Risk Management". Also when you ready to withdraw your money they denied you and add 8 more trading days wishing for you to just blow the account. GET AWAY FROM APEX.... It so many other prop firm out there go with them at least they wont denied you hard working money. Don't be a victim of they cheap evaluation discount. That alone should be a red flag. Happy Trading!

My experience with Apex has been like many traders who they have scammed over 2024 and silenced with no recourse. It all started in May of this year when they started retroactively changing rules to deny me of $10,000 in payouts. They asked for reports on why I took certain trades and to disclose my strategy. I gave them all the information they requested. Then they demanded that I video record myself while trading. I made the videos and let me tell you it was beyond annoying as they wanted my screen, my face, and my hands. It was extremely uncomfortable but I wanted my hard earned money. I have built up $200,000 in profit across my accounts with Apex over 2024. Then out of no where in September they sent a letter saying I am banned from buying evaluations with them until 2026 and that I was on probation. COMPLETELY UNJUSTIFIED. They have used this to trap my hard earned money and refuse to pay me a dollar. I have had a total of $95,000 denied and $200,000 built up that I will never get out. Everytime I ask for a payout they say “Probation Standards not met” even though I am following all the rules. This is an excuse to rob me and I am one of MANY traders that they are currently doing this to. If you plan on being profitable and making money this is not the firm for you. This company is a scam. They have a failed ponzi scheme business model built on cheap evaluations with extremely lose rules that they change multiple times to deny payouts & use as grey areas to deny not pay you. That is why they are on business model Apex 3.0 which will fail as their previous models. When you are profitable they stop paying and that’s how they stay in business. Traders should not fall for their cheap testing and lies. All their big payouts are marketing stunts given to traders with huge online followings. Also they pay their online affiliates like Patrick Weiland, Brian Stonk, and TTrades. These affiliates shove evaluations down trader’s throats for huge commissions and post that Apex is paying them huge amounts on their accounts selling a dream. Apex would never pay them if they weren’t affiliates. APEX CEO Darell Martin Jr. & CFO John Skelton are criminals. They know that traders have no recourse so they just gaslight, lie, cheat, and steal their profitable traders. Your only recourse is to not trade with these CRIMINALS! I would never recommend this firm to anyone as your goal as a trader is to make money for a better life for you & your family. They will make sure you do not. Stay away from Apex. Apex’s rating on Trustpilot is clearly fake. The posts are made by Apex employees. I would stay as far away from this firm as possible. Use Topstep, MyFundedFutures, Tradeify, Tradeday, or Takeprofittrader. From my experience these firms have rock solid rules and pay. Apex is a disgrace and gives the prop firm space a horrible name. STAY AWAY.

I am completely disappointed by the APEX's slow and irresponsible customer service. If truly there was a competition about who has the worse customer service, surely APEX will come on top! I have been trying to receive my money from APEX, which is about 417 dollars in payout that APEX is holding unnecessarily since August 2024. I have been writing them dozens of messages. They give you a generic message once in while saying that they would look into the issue and then they disappear. They never get back to you to resolve any issues. If you would like to go with the APEX and buy challenges with them, keep in mind that you will never get paid. You will be disappointed tremendously. I have a track record of messages and tickets to prove that.
