Apex Trader Funding

I passed several evals and went into their PA accounts. When I tried to pull some funds from my accounts they sent me an email telling me I had to film myself trading for 3 days, which I did to no avail. I have other prop firms that I use with no problems on payouts. They are a terrible company, horrible communication. There are many other prop firms that do a much better job. I would never use them under any circumstance.

Was great for a couple years... They me paid out 2/3k every month.. 70 k or so... Then in September this year, every thing changed... Denied, Denied, not only that, I always had 10/15 PA accounts in those years, i also would have 5/10 Eval accounts working as well.. They don't want profitable traders, said I broke a rule and put me on probation for 3 months and now ---NO LONGER ALLOWING EVALUATIONS ON MY ACCOUNT. Just set up Topstep account and will begin with them full time.

No different than before. Payouts were iffy, couldn’t expect them in 1 day, or 3 days, still way better than before. Denied a payout for rule violation, no way of finding out how exactly that rule was violated, as it’s put under a blanket term. Rest assured their compliance team reviewed the account thoroughly, but can’t provide any information on how I violated a rule. Their warning first to make you aware of an issue? That’s not true. Apex claims they want you to be a better trader, but they won’t give any details after denying your payout, just refer to the rules. For all of the issues they had before, it sure sounds like they’re going back to denying payouts with no transparency other than “you broke *blank* rule, figure out which one and where, on your own” I’m supposed to assume it was 1 bad trade, but nobody’s going to give me what I need to do make sure it doesn’t happen again. I should instead change my consistent results in a positive P/L to fit with a rule I Might’ve broken, but I have no idea where I broke it And before they use this to say there’s “bad actors from other prop firms lying to give them a bad name, I committed the last 30 days to apex. I paid for for 2 evaluation accounts. I passed both and paid for 2 PA accounts. I traded them for 3 weeks and made $8k between the 2 accounts. I only trade 1 contract, only traded once a day, didn't break their 30% rules etc. I requested a payout and was denied due to "improper risk management". Apparently through research found online, several people are being denied for "improper risk management" even though they didn't break any rules, some people even sent videos of their trading into apex and were still denied. This company is a SCAM! They are like an insurance company that collects premiums, but when it comes to a payout for a claim they look for every reason to deny. This is CRIMINAL. I have already contacted my bank and charged back the charges for the PA accounts and evaluation accounts from apex...the bank has already reimbursed me. Will NEVER use apex again, all they do is put you on a SIM account, collect money from from other people failing evaluation and PA accounts, then pay you money from other people they collected money from, NO REAL MONEY IS EVER TRADED. If this is not the definition of PYRAMID SCHEME, I don't know what is. Since this happened a few weeks ago I deposited $5k CASH into my Ninja Trader account and made $5k so far using my same strategy... don't have to worry about Ninja Trader not paying or follow any rules, but my own. $5k cash is the same as having 2 50k apex accounts because the drawdown is $2500 which if you hit blows the account. So why not just risk your own cash?? Stay away from this company like the PLAGUE, they are stealing money from traders! P.S. Be aware, there are probably people who work for apex posting fake positive reviews on this site and other places defending them.
