Apex Trader Funding

The new Apex 3.0 is designed to not pay and make things much more difficult even though they claim its easier because of DCA rules leaving etc. Guys, this is not trading and these folks are officially scamming people. They have a bunch of folks on their FB message boards posting fake things and saying "if you follow their rules, they will pay you". This is untrue. Multiple individuals including myself have been denied with no reason except the same "Improper Risk Management". When asked for specific trades (because I made sure I followed every rule), they reply with that they have no further information. In my opinion, Darell will be the next Bernie Madhoff and currently I have filed a complaint with his State AGs office to investigate their practice. Also, I am currently looking to get folks together so that we have the numbers in a class action lawsuit.

Worst prop firm, regarding of listening to trader queries they took action on their own. Don’t have sense how to resolve a query. All are robots that are filled with copy paste answers. I will suggest everyone not to use this platform because your accounts are insecure. Whenever they want they will close your account without going to the matter solution

It took a very long time to retrieve the money.

This company closed my account down with over $16k sitting in profits across 2 PAs. They asked me to verify my relation to the business my account was under then 5 minutes later another email comes that my account has been closed for a rule break that I did not violate nor was within the terms and conditions. On top of this, my $5500 payout was declined and my account was closed. I'm being told by LaKeysia that I should not have been able to buy accounts since my non-llc account was restricted. IF this was the case then why was I allowed to spend money for 3 months before being banned and having my money taken for services I cannot use or benefit from. Dont use this firm.

I got my first 2 payouts before these new updates to the rules. now after 3 denied payouts I HIGHLY recommend doing business with a different firm. Although I have been relatively successful getting my 25k account up to 30k using 1 single contract with only limit orders I still get denied my payouts. I am NEVER coming back to this company
