Awful company. Their trading platforms are so slow and they don’t care. It’s a scam fr and the trailing DD is terrible. Will never use them again

While I have received payouts over time, I was randomly banned from getting new eval accounts under the guise of an evaluation period to determine if I should be moved to live. I've yet to receive any follow up after reaching out to get an update on the process.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Apex Trader Funding. Even after following all the listed payout rules — completing eight trading days, maintaining consistency, and staying within risk limits — my payout was denied. Apex cited the 30% drawdown rule and required me to trade another eight compliant days before reapplying. It feels like the firm’s rules are designed in a way that allows them to deny payouts easily, especially since they interpret some policies differently from what’s clearly stated on their website. The process is frustrating, time-consuming, and discouraging for traders who actually meet their targets. Apex needs more transparent communication and fairer enforcement of their own guidelines.

After trading with Apex for two years with little to no issues, things took a turn for the worse. I was off-boarded during the recent crackdown on so-called “abusers.” For reasons never disclosed to me, I was apparently labeled as one. Maybe because the amount of evals I've gone through. Over those two years, I took some large payouts but also purchased many accounts, investing significant time and money into the process. It feels like once the odds finally shifted in my favor, the firm decided they didn’t like it. Sadly, Apex has gone from a company I once recommended to one with terrible customer service and inconsistent, self-serving rule enforcement. I’ve emailed for months seeking any explanation and have received zero response. If you’re new, Apex can seem like a solid firm. But if you’re experienced and capable of producing consistent returns—good luck.
