Number one you cannot talk to them They have a phone number that they don’t pick up. Any communication is sent back with some nonsense form letter. There is no history of your trades. My feeling was if you follow the rules, you’ll be OK even without being able to work with anyone, but that was not the case. I had a mystery of some money being moved out of the account and there’s no one to talk to. I’m moving on, I won’t be back. With the high star reviews, I’m guessing they paid for that because the experience doesn’t lineup

Very dishonest and underhanded company does not let one get pa accounts after passing eval acct. support is very sloppy and unreliable They don t take time to read email and often dont reply

Unfortunately, Apex Company has performed very poorly in terms of support. Despite two business days passing, they have still not addressed my ticket. This month, repeated outages have caused significant harm to me. The latest incident occurred last Friday, and I have submitted all the necessary documentation, but they have not provided any response. In my opinion, support is crucial for a financial company, but this company does not offer acceptable support. Following this issue, if I receive a response from them, I will share it here so that the public can be more careful in their choices.

I passed the test, I entered the order with a programmed take and stop, after 3 days I received an email from Apex saying that I lost the account because of a positive drawdown and not because of the junk system programmed to steal from traders. I was robbed and they took my account away on the same day, because there was proof of their theft. BEWARE APEX SCAM
