Apex Trader Funding

Traded a news event reached 6k target with high balance over 7,200 My trade closed with that profit but trade continued to run in background even though platform showed trade closed. Instead of getting funded evaul acct closed and locked at _4k profit once drawdown was met --went to positions in apex only to see trade was still going so i closed it. I had a video of the trade showing that I reached target and more but although trade was closed on my platform still was running in background. Apex didn't even have the courtsey of watching my video SOLOMONE gave me th apes pat answer We are sorry to see that your account was adversely affected. It is each trader's responsibility to understand and manage the risks of trading during such times. Unfortunately, these trades are irreversible and cannot be accommodated.--They can plainly see the trade worked the platform did not. Apex forces you to close your trades and doesn't allow inter-session trades. Apex prohibits swing trading, basically preventing real traders from coming to them.

Never got noted for probation status and don’t agree with the rules on it. I believe whatever one earns is theirs. It takes a lot of hard work to get those earnings and I’m really disappointed in how the payouts are. If a company wants respect and loyalty it should definitely get respect from their traders and not be under review for days and be disappointed in that. I don’t believe that is right.

I have been denied 2 payouts requests because of: "30% Rule - Windfall - Gamble" on a PA account. I have contacted customer service, and they tell me that it is compliance that makes the call, and they are final. There is no person to explain in detail why they are DENYING my payouts. I have shown that I am profitable by passing multiple evals and getting the PA account above the $2,600 mark not once but twice.

Customer service consistently provides generic responses and ignores specific questions or concerns. Payouts can take up to 25 days after 1st approval and then 2nd approval.
