Don't believe what people say; Apex have literally denied my last 5 (FIVE!!!) payout requests in a row. Each time for a shady reason, although I do not breach any rule. Even traders who got paid by Apex do not understand why they don't want to pay... Oh, and guess why they still haven't re-opened their Discord since last summer? Because they know what s***tstorm they would have to face. The last denial was because the RR was "below 1:5", simply because I lost a trade after closing a trade at breakeven a few hours before. Then, you quickly understand that influencers/Youtubers who are being paid (while doing much worse than that) are just worthless greedy ad sellers. Today, and for the third time since November, they claim "improper risk management" although I always use the same position size, the same TP-SL tick sizes, and the same instrument. They are full of BS, liars, scammers. Hopefully, they will collapse soon. Perhaps bringing them to court will make them pay traders properly. It's the only prop firm that does not want to pay me; how surprising! To Apex: shame on you!

Utter BS, these prop firms have so many hoops you have to jump through to see a single dollar and they don't tell you this stuff when signing up. First, you have to pass the evaluation in one month, making $3k. Then, you get into a secondary account, which is a Paid account, but you start in the simulator. So essentially, you have to pass the evaluation again ($2500 + $100 extra). Only then will you get any money. Even then, you can only ask for $500. They have no leniency, so if you pass on the last day before the recurring bill, they will still charge you the recurring amount and the activation fee. So you will have to pay double essentially for a sim PA account. No wonder the majority of the people trading on prop firms are losing money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had a $500K funded account, and back then, they were very fair with their rules. Now, not only would I not recommend them to anyone, but I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy. I WOULD NEVER BUY AN ACCOUNT FROM THEM AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. The 30% rule is somewhat acceptable, but when it comes to payouts, they limit the amount you can withdraw. A legal scam in the prop trading world.

Apex denied my multiple 30k- 40k payouts Apex misuses the 5:1 Risk to reward and 30% negative PNL drawdown rule to reject payouts of consistent profitable traders. First of all these rules don't make sense and here is why: - 5:1 R/R rule: Imagine being in a position that doesn't fulfill your criteria anymore, you are down $100 you want to get out of the trade, you would love to close at breakeven but accidentally make a small profit of $10 instead of breakeven, the system will now flag your trade as a rule violation because you made small profit with R/R smaller than 5:1 instead of taking a loss or breakeven. Your payout will now be denied!!! - the 30% negative pnl rule: A couple of weeks ago John Skelton talked about Apex 3.0, the new rules and the ''Tradesviz'' platform they use to track our negative PNL. In these videos as well on the Apex platform, both mention(ed) that violation this rule ''once'' or ''twice'' or ''occasionally'' WILL NOT LEAD TO A PAYOUT DENIAL. In fact both in the videos John told us we will get warnings as well on the website the same is mentioned. Nothing further from the truth!! These videos are taken down for some reason. I am one of the few lucky ones who actually saw John talk about the ''Tradesviz'' platform Apex uses and i bough a subscription as well to see how Apex tracks our open PNL. I have proof of how the system is tracking our PNL faulty and chats with "tradesviz'' support to fix these issues. APEX USES A PLATFORM THAT IS FAULTY, CALCULATIONS ARE WRONG!!! AND EVEN IF IT WAS RIGHT YOU STILL GET DENIED A PAYOUT LIKE ME FOR 2 OUT OF 230 TRADES BEING ''POTENTIALLY'' OVER THE 30% PNL RULE FOR A FEW SECONDS.. WHICH APEX STATES ON THEIR WEBSITES QUOTE: If the 30% limit is accidentally exceeded, it does not immediately mean the account is in trouble. Traders should act quickly to manage trades and return within the acceptable risk zone. If the breach is minor and corrected promptly, there is no automatic penalty. In summary: Apex denies payouts of consistently profitable traders. They do this by misusing alogical rules, misusing platforms that I use as well that can not calculate open PNL correctly, Information on the Apex Help Desk is hypocritical and untrue. Apex automatically denies your payout if 1 mistake is potentially noticed by their faulty systems. They say you won't get in trouble but many like me as well as on youtube have experienced payout denials for a potential single rule violation by a platform that can not calculate open PNL correctly. Apex still fails to communicate clearly why people are getting denied. Apex can not provide proof because they use a platform that does not work and maybe they took down John's videos on the Apex website because of this. Apex is the only prop firm you anxiously wait for a payout approval which takes many days just to get denied without a clear explanation and proof.
