Apex Trader Funding

In the end of December with 3k profit Apex closed my account with the explanation that it was due to the 30% rule. How can it happened I was positive by reading the 30% rule ot dosen't make sense so if you make the first operation and in the second you make more or less from the 30% say bye to the account that's the only explanation I have so basically Apex is made for you to lose. Now I'm not using Apex anymore I went with other platform where now I'm making money.

I was denied a payout request, and customer service is unable to answer any questions regarding my account. Unfortunately, I will need to look for a new prop firm. They also took about 20 days to process payouts, as I experienced with my first request. I suspect that if you keep getting payouts, they'll find a reason to deny you. Your payout was denied for the following reason: "Improper Risk Management"

Beware of APEX they will not pay you. I traded for 8 days 7 of which were all green, with 1 red day. NONE of these 8 days exceeded the 30% consistent rule. I was denied a payout due to “30% rule - windfall - gamble” the first time I was denied they told me “improper risk management”. Seems like they can just say any reason they want to deny you. How are they able to just determine what is gambling when I am trading based off levels? Seems very shady in my opinion and I don’t know how to trade this account anymore.
