Apex Trader Funding

Apex trading is like a girlfriend that you understand she is crazy only after you settle down. I have been trading with apex for 2 years. Got 40 payout requests, got 35 of them approved. They changed the rules last quarter Last 5 got declined because they told me that I am under probation, and I need to prove them that I can trade with stop loss. Because I developed a system and I was taking money every month, i knew how much I spend, know my statistics and have a way. I have recorded my trading long,short trades, been approved only one time during probation. 3 full month under probation, always got declined. No one, i mean no one answers to me on support. I have been sending emails every week. Last week I got another decline and i have send an email that I have threatened that if they won't get my money, i will leave a bad review on trust pilot. They answered me for the first time in 3 month. And told me that my behavior is not good. And the next day canceled my last p.a account that had more money to take home. Beware if your profitable, they will ban you. I had my patience for a whole quarter, because I was trading with more firms, that pay you, no questions asked. Apex had been a good firm to trade until they have changed there rules. And the worst thing is that you don't know if you will get approved or not. You pray everytime that you will get approved, than that you won't have problems with (in past deel, now plane). i feel disrespectful ashamed discussed for them. If you are not a profitable trader, they are a very good prop firm.

The platform works perfectly however the company billing terms seem unethical. I wasted a total of $170+ - $99 due to being unable to use one of their plans in a Mac computer. The plan description wasn´t clear and despite requesting a plan swap the company denied it. - $83 after one month, I forgot to turn off auto renew about 5 days after the charge, I did not use the platform in that time and I requested a refund out of courtesy which they denied mentioning it´s against the contract. So I would recommend TopStep Trader or other platform that seem more fair in the way the do business and how they treat clients.

Decided to give APEX a chance based on friends recommendations. Reached my 4th payout on all 4 of my accounts. I was above the safety net on all of them by $2700. I traded for 15 days which is more than the minimum days required before requesting the 4th payout. I have zero warnings for any breaches like the 30% profit rule etc. out of the 15 days 14 of them were in profit and 1 was break even zero lost/zero gained. 4th payout was denied without a reason listed and all 4 of my accounts were closed by APEX. Extremely disappointed in this prop firm when you start making money they terminate your account. Customer service was no help. APEX rules like the safety net rule are there to milk you for commission and make you trade more days than you have to get a payout. Will be returning to TOPSTEP.

I cancelled my subscription today. If anyone planning to purchase any plan from Apex Trader Funding "Please go for any other company" otherwise you will suffer for sure.
