Apex used to be my favorite but not anymore! Very disappointed with them . Last April 2025 and May 2025 got few payouts then they put my account under review. I have sent everything they asked for . They banned me for buying new evals and said until review period ends . It’s been a year now . I have sent multiple tickets the last few months but no answer at all . I wish you read my comment and help with this issue. I don’t understand why I’m banned from buying new evals.

Apex went from being the best funding company to the worst! Well, they got big and had to make a few large payouts. Changed everything and stopped giving good customer support. When you ask for support, and they give you a lame canned answer... if you ask a follow-up question you get this: "Ticket #1488580 has been created in the Apex Trader Funding Support Helpdesk System." But No answers.

PA account of my son has been terminated without giving him any chance to explain the position. The account has been terminated when he applied for payout of Usd 800. Apex is neither entertaining complaint from alternate email id nor responding from registerred email id. He is not a fraudster or scammer. We need immediate relief.
