English: I had a terrible experience with Apex. After trading successfully for months and strictly following all rules, I was suddenly informed that all my accounts were terminated due to an alleged "Breach of Contract"—without any explanation or prior warning. Previously, I had made several withdrawals without any issues, which makes this sudden and unilateral decision even more concerning. Apex had always honored its commitments, but now, without any clear justification, they decided to break our partnership. I immediately contacted support, but all I received were generic responses that did not clarify what rule I had supposedly violated. After insisting multiple times, I was told my case was under investigation and that Compliance/Legal would contact me. However, no timeframe was given, and despite my repeated follow-ups, I received no real updates. Even when I asked for the opportunity to defend myself and provide proof of my compliance, I was ignored. Apex has shown a complete lack of transparency and accountability in handling this situation. A relationship of trust must be based on transparency and clear rules that both parties are required to follow. After all, my success is Apex’s success—we should be working together, not against each other. I had always respected the company and even recommended it to others, but this experience has been deeply frustrating and unfair. I do not recommend Apex to anyone who values professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment. Português: Tive uma péssima experiência com a Apex. Após operar com sucesso por meses, seguindo todas as regras, fui surpreendido com o cancelamento de todas as minhas contas sob a alegação genérica de "Breach of Contract"—sem qualquer explicação ou aviso prévio. Anteriormente, realizei diversos saques sem nenhum problema, o que torna essa decisão unilateral ainda mais preocupante. A Apex sempre cumpriu seus compromissos, mas agora, sem qualquer justificativa clara, decidiram encerrar nossa parceria. Entrei em contato com o suporte imediatamente, mas só recebi respostas automáticas que não esclareciam qual regra eu supostamente havia violado. Após insistir várias vezes, fui informado de que meu caso estava sob investigação e que a equipe de Compliance/Legal entraria em contato comigo. No entanto, não me deram nenhum prazo e, apesar de diversas tentativas de contato, nunca recebi uma resposta concreta. Mesmo solicitando a chance de me defender e provar minha conformidade com as regras, fui completamente ignorado. A Apex demonstrou uma falta total de transparência e compromisso na resolução desse problema. Uma relação de confiança precisa ser baseada em transparência e regras claras, que ambas as partes devem cumprir. Afinal, minha vitória é a vitória da Apex—deveríamos trabalhar juntos, e não um contra o outro. Sempre respeitei a empresa e até a recomendei para outras pessoas, mas essa experiência foi extremamente frustrante e injusta. Não recomendo a Apex para quem preza por profissionalismo, transparência e um tratamento justo.

nightmare of a prop firm multiple issues when trading Paid for a couple of accounts and had a postcode error said that payment was not successful but still was charged! support said it would be refunded but was never refunded plus there was so much issues such as ghost trades / unable to close trades and much more

Passed my evaluation account before my first month subscription ended. I did not receive my PA account from them even after writing to support. However they kept on charging me for subscription. Its been almost 2 months now and they have not even responded to my support ticket.
