Apex Trader Funding

Greetings. I am a forex and futures trader with other brokers besides Apex. I was recommended by friends to join them to experience its services. It's been a horrendous experience: I simply don't understand how a trade that is profitable, and with other brokers it is, it is not with Apex. when consulting with Apex, the explanation given is a ridiculous one. My trades were profitable, but none were considered for even one dollar profits. That's it. I'm not wasting my time, customer service replied right away that it is not their fault but mine for trading in ...inadequate hours!!...the morning hours were the same like in other firms. Forgive me but I don't need Apex. I made the mistake to flush my money into these mediocre people at Apex. I don't need them, the other firms I joined, Top step, The Funded Trader and The Profit Trader I am very profitable. PD: if I'm giving one star here, it is because I can't give them a quarter star. Stay away from this firm. I can't recommend them.

I spent over $3,000 with Apex Trader Funding for evaluation and funded (PA) accounts. After completing evaluations and paying for 19 funded accounts, Apex abruptly terminated all access without warning, citing vague “discrepancies” and offering no opportunity to appeal or clarify. What makes this worse is that Apex publicly claims bots are allowed if manned—this was stated clearly by their own representative John Mark Skelton at the 16-minute mark of their March 2025 support video (still on their website). Their founder Darrell Martin has also promoted automated bots in Apex marketing videos. I followed their own guidance: my trading was low-frequency (1–2 trades/day) and actively monitored. I followed their rules, paid all required fees, and never received a payout or a full explanation. After termination, I requested receipts and transaction records. They refused, told me to “check my bank statements,” and closed the case with no due process. I’ve now filed complaints with the: Better Business Bureau Texas Attorney General FTC CFTC National Futures Association This feels predatory. Apex collects thousands in fees from traders, then bans accounts without warning or refunds once you've paid in full. Use extreme caution.
