I'm going to be as transparent as possible. I passed the 50k challenge only to have my PA account stripped from under me because I didn't buy the PA account within 72 hours. I didn't have the money at the time. I decided to get revenge by buying the 100k account. I had this account for two months. I was 10 days late on my first monthly subscription and Apex Trader Funding took my late payment. Now I'm only two days late on my 2nd payment and they're telling me I only have 12 hours to pay or I'll lose the account. I was $170 away from passing my 100k challenge. It seems to me that they're changing rules every month. Bad business. If you're struggling and only have a little bit of money to change your life please don't use this prop firm. Just follow the rules. You’ll get paid. It’s that simple. Yeah, don’t trust this company. They find every excuse to not pay you and then close your accounts once you’re close to the 6th payout where you can actually pull your money out.

They banned me from their website cause I was cashing out every 8 days on 13 PA Accounts. Fraud suspicion lmao after asking for video during more than 1 month and a half then decided to accept and confirm video and pay then 3 months later Bye bye ! They simply ban me with more than 45k dollars on the PA account never paid me ! SHAME ON YOU ! They just flag the Risk Management reason for denying payout withtout giving the trade and date of the trade that is breaching the Risk Management Rules, cause they just use it to avoid payment ! This website is a scam since you start being profitable

Since then, Apex Trader Funding has implemented constant rule changes and hidden policies that make it nearly impossible to get paid. The signed agreement you accept when joining does NOT include several of the payout-related rules they later enforce. These are introduced quietly through articles or vague help desk responses — not through official updates or clear contractual terms. For example, in March 2025, Apex altered the definition of the "safety net" requirement, making it retroactively more difficult to qualify for a payout. They disguised this change within an article titled “Apex 3.0 – Payout and Trading Rules” without labeling it as a rule update. Prior to this, the safety net was understood (and confirmed via Apex support emails) as “Trailing Drawdown + $100.” Now, it suddenly includes the starting balance as well — drastically increasing the payout threshold and disqualifying many traders from receiving what they’ve earned. I've personally completed all trading day requirements, hit my profit targets, and followed every guideline provided at the time — only to be denied payouts due to these newly-invented, retroactive requirements. Apex appears to use these tactics to avoid paying out funded traders, especially after they become profitable. It’s deeply frustrating and disheartening for those of us who trade seriously and in good faith. Be very cautious if you're considering this program. What you're agreeing to at the beginning is not necessarily what will be enforced when it's time to get paid.
