Trade micro MNQ because of the 30% MAE rule which will get you if you buy one NQ. If you are denied a payout you will have to trade an additional 8 day with 5 days of profit over $50 before you can do another request. Payout takes long about 6-10 days. I have accounts with other companies that only take two days.

I'm giving it two stars, as I am not totally giving up on them, but will not be trading them for the foreseeable future. I have heavy sunk costs with Apex from way back, so it's been hard letting go, but today I let go. I had five evals halfway done. No platform problems, not technical issues. Only -$100 down on my drawdown, so ample room. I saw another trader who passed receive an email along with his PAs (saw the original), informing him he would have to do the following (nowhere in their FAQ), and I just wouldn't be able to deal with this, I know it. Too many other props out there that don't have an ongoing multi-million dollar lawsuit to pay for right now, who don't have to concoct this type of thing, so I relegated Apex to the Propshoptrader heap for the time being: * **Log into your Apex dashboard (Members Area)** and go to **User Profile (top right) → “Trading Strategy.”** * **Submit a detailed written explanation of your trading system/strategy**, including: * Entry rules and signals * Initial stop-loss and take-profit values * Number of contracts you plan to trade (based on stats + risk management) * Trade management rules (including any trailing-stop methods) * Indicators used * Backtesting timeframe and win rate * Any software / auto-trading tools used * **Save** the Trading Strategy submission on that page. * **Provide chart mark-ups via screenshots**: * Send **marked-up screenshots for your most recent past 1–2 trading days** in your PA account, clearly showing **entries and exits** and how they match the system you described. * Send **marked-up screenshots for the next 2 trading days you trade**, showing they’re consistent with your prior performance and sizing. * Continue **journaling/marking up charts** and submit the marked-up screenshot **at the end of each day** (as part of their ongoing monitoring for consistency). * **Email the screenshots to Apex Compliance (not the Help Desk):** * Email: **[...]. * Include **your Apex username** and attach the screenshot(s).

At the beginning everything was fine. Payments were correct and I received several payouts without issues. Even though some rules were not explained 100% clearly, overall the experience was acceptable at first. The real reason for this low rating is what happened afterward. Since the end of May (more than 6 months ago), my account has been blocked from purchasing new challenges, with the explanation that I am under “evaluation” for a transition to Live. Because of this, I haven’t been able to buy any new challenges, and I have been left without any accounts since the end of August. This situation has gone on for far too long, with no clear timeline or resolution, and it has completely stopped my activity. For this reason, despite the earlier positive aspects, I cannot give a higher rating.

There are several prop firms that accept Morocco. I don't know if Apex can do the same. Wait and see.
