The company, which otherwise appears to be a leader in the industry, unfortunately violates its own policy regarding banned countries. They permit users to pay for an evaluation account—and to pay again if the account is reset—and then require payment for a Performance Account upon passing the evaluation. I was 20K in profit. Only after completing the ID verification process they do block access and desactivate the account and platform, citing unsupported documentation from certain countries. It would be more transparent and fair to perform ID verification at the initial registration stage to prevent misleading customers and avoid unnecessary fees.

It was going well I thought. Took me 13 Month to get funded. And I then proceeded to pay $160 for lifetime fee to have my real funded account activated. Since then all went OK and I even signed my friend to use this firm through affiliate link. Then about 1 more year in My account was locked. I asked why and opened HELP Desk ticket. they told me my first name in my online account not matching my ID. Which as confusing as it gets considering that I submitted all of IDs and Even went through Face recognition app to verify everything the second time in attempt to fix whatever this is. Help desk wasn't trying to fix anything he just locked me out of my account and canceled that subscription I paid for to get funded account activated. It takes them a day to resolve a ticket. And now they literally canceled my account for something I had no control over- probably some IT error. I was trading with them for almost 2 years and then got canceled out of everything in 1 week for my id not matching?? How can it even be real.. I know that they seem the cheapest but do your research. Some firms chsrge more monthly but void activation and pay out faster. There are better ones out there. And also. They did this thing on my actual Birthday. Which is today. As I am leaving this review. No regard to how this influences my livelihood, whatsoever. They don't care. And guys who locked my account seemed very snobby in the email.

Try any other firm besides apex. Sure their evals are cheap, but the headache of constantly changing rules and denied payouts isn’t worth it. Jack Black’s fat cousin doesn’t care about your progress, just hopes you pass 20 evals then blow them day 1.

Rules are not realistic, Risk reward radial 10/1 calculate is unfair, example I trade have negative -$10 and when it go back up to +1, I decided the trade is not going higher so I get out for break even or $1 profit, Apex is not paying and say R/R is 10/1. Also Email to support take 5-10 day to reply and many time the reply is meaning less. They just ask back the questions that send you to read the Q&A.
