I tried to pass 300k acc but I making 12k then price comes down auto stoploss then you are out! you are failed it means so do not buy this bullshit, ATF is SCAM guys!!!

This company clearly has showed it's true colors on not paying it's traders. How do you implement a rule that if violated, the trader won't know they violated said rule until they request a payout? Also all the days AFTER the violation is wiped out?! So imagine you violated the rule on the first or second day then you're consistent for the next 10-20 days and request a payout, not only they will deny your payout but wipe out ALL your hard work and reset your account. What a joke. I would highly urge all traders to go to another prop firm such as TopStep or Myfunded. This company is straight hot garbage and is probably running out of money. Leave now and stop wasting your money.

A little disappointed with my experience with Apex, so far I was having a great run. Recently had a tradovate issue, got MASSIVELY slipped on 5 accounts on a Asian session trade (low or next to no volatility) about 25-30ticks on gold, basically opened the trade at my stoploss… with the inability to close any trades also on all 5 accounts. I sent a video screenshot of my issue with my trade not closing (error read “no working positions”) and can clearly can see the trade in insane drawdown with the position still Open. (This is a video I sent) Basically got a “👍 “ from Apex customer support, no help, no ability to help nothing really. Sounded AI Copy & pasted text. I understand it may be a Tradovate issue BUT you cannot sell or have the ability to choose a broker that may affect the customer experience in a negative way, especially if it’s not user error. Back to Topstepx I go.

Their support is a joke. They dodge questions, give vague answers, and never provide any real updates. It's almost as if they're trained to stall you instead of actually solving your issue. At this point, I’m convinced this is their tactic to avoid paying traders what they’ve earned. Apex Trader Funding markets itself as a legitimate prop firm, but my experience screams scam. If you value your money and your time, stay far away from this company. They do not pay out as advertised, their support is terrible, and they seem more interested in collecting fees than honoring their commitments to traders.
