I had multiple unacceptable major Errors with my 4 PA accounts. Trading Eval accounts worked just fine but as soon as I was in good profits I suddenly got plenty and various very suspicious major errors. This is from a correspondence with the support following one of the issues I experienced with them. it gets clear that they absolutely aren't interested in anything other than you losing: "This is my 11 th mail i am writing to you in the last two weeks. And yet there is another member who obviously and unfortunately does not even know what happend to my account for a period of over 8 business days or just tries to embellish things yet again. There were MANY occasions where I could enter via limit orders but my bracket orders got deleted and rejected straight away. Right after that I could not exit that position anymore neither with limit nor with market oders leaving me stuck in that specific position. The only thing i could do was hoping for better times. Once again to be absolutely clear: i am not only talking about some randomly rejected orders. I had 100s of rejected orders in that period and countless occasions were i was stuck in existing positions which I not only couldn’t manage at all for minutes but on top of that additionally my stop and limit orders got deleted too!! Leaving me in the worst situations a trader can face for multiple times. If that was or is not by design of your company and you really stick to the continuing company claims from the founders (”reliability”,”trust”,”long term relationship”,….) then it is unbelievable to leave me behind with the dirt in my hands suffering from major losses during that period. Contrary to your statement: there were no actions taken by Apex other than the continuing denial of the incident up until today even though the support from Tradovat told me that the errors are definitely in your responsibility. I myself noted the irregularities to Tradovat and the rejected orders were not only temporary. And on top of that i can not even be sure if you planed to contact me again by your own even though you promised to do so." On the same error but on another occurrence they also had a status statement that their accounts were affected by exactly the errors I described and experienced at the first time too and they said that all affected accounts were rebalanced to the unaffected balance. Strangely all my PA accounts did not get anything but the losses their outages brought. Even though I explained almost all of the errors I experienced in countless messages they did not take responsibility for a single one. Even though it is obvious and well documented that the mysterious errors which occurred over a period of 4 months were on there end. In fact I not even got a honest apology despite never being unpolitely or angry. All the efforts go systematic to neglet everything and to blame the customer.

Once I was funded I had 30 days of consistent profits. Every payout was denied, after the first ten days they said I needed to do another (hidden) challenge to trade at an average trade per day compared to my first ten. I did that and then they said still no payouts while they reviewed. After 30 days of requesting my money and being told they need to approve I just quit bothering with the scammers. During this entire 30 day hidden rules Apex process I received 5 total payouts from my TopStep accounts. I would not recommend Apex if you are expecting to receive money from your trading. They are collectors of profits not distributors
