I was approved for a payout. I have email communication stating it would be sent to me. The payment was never sent and the status shows PAID on the accounts screen.

Click on the "1 Star Reviews" and read the real reviews before deciding to use this as your prop firm. I wish I did, but now its to late. They scammed me out of my money like they have done to so many people then drowning the reviews with fake postive replys. Beware of this company.

When accounts are lost due to Apex errors caused by data feed issues, they don't even refund the accounts, even if you have video evidence. Emails are ignored. I lost $60,000 in profit this way.

Terrible experience. customer service is not as responsive and they change the rules constantly to make payouts harder. They banned my account for no reason and didnt respond to me when I asked why I was banned. HORRIBLE
