I think there are too many rules

Payouts take too long. Support takes at LEAST 24hrs to respond. They just move too slow…. If they want to be the face of prop firms they have to speed things up to compete with newer/faster firms. Slowly people are choosing other firms because they realize yea I can trade up to 20 accounts with apex but I can have daily payouts with other firms that are near instant. They’re like the butt of a loaf of bread…. There definitely not the best and you’ll eat it if you’re hungry but you’d much rather have the slice that you like. I just want to see them get better because they’re not a bad firm at all, but they have a lot to change to not become obsolete in 3 years.

Unable to change my address without approval from the company. Coupled with slow customer service responses. Unexplained rule violations. I would prefer to know which rule I broke. Appreciate that they do payout, though.

Edited Review: I misspelled my name during the account creation process so I put in a ticket to support to help. After I went through the ID verification process, they locked my account and failed me. I sent an email saying I was going to dispute the credit card charge, and after manually reviewing my account and ID verification, they unlocked it for me to use.

It’s very good for beginners just has a lot of rules and also isn’t letting me trade metals and golds which is really annoying.
