Liked the prices of the evaluations and the lifetime fee for the first 10 years. int he evaluation the trailing threshhold rule is not the best and can be many times an obstacle during the evaluation. Sometimes a fixed profit per day can be helpful or passing it in one trade since it is allowed. I would highly recommend to study the rules of challenge and PA account. What bothered me the most was if you made a good profit but then had a bad streak the your trailing threshold can be eaten up very easy.

Started trading with Apex from ~2022. Customer service at that time was terrible, now it is better. Still, have issue with payout. Already waiting one week for somebody to contact me regarding payment, seems like no one cares. Friendly pricing on evals and sometimes for funded accounts as well.

There almost zero ability to contact anyone for help, I have been waiting nearly a week for help with a paperwork problem. Something that could honestly be fixed in less than 5 minutes. I really hope to work with this company, but right now I'm basically at a standstill.
